Stefano "The Midget lover"
1. The WBL has a strict policy of NO Midget encounters. Stefano picked up this midget at exit 319 rest stop and thought it might be fun to take stupid pictures, humiliate him, and have his way with him. We here at the WBL do not condone this activity and want it to stop immediately. This is captain Stefano's third offense and one more he will be disiplined. Shame on you Steve...
