The Core Beliefs of a WBL Member
Skill One: HonorLearn to interact with people of your own age and responsibly communicate ones ideas within a group setting. Learn what it's like to know a Honor your fellow WBL member with the utmost integrity.
Skill Four: No man left BehindWe pride ourselves on this last virtue of "No Man Left Behind" no matter what the cost, what the situation, or no matter what the price... You don't leave your wing man. If he is hurt or in need you will make it to your dying breath to be there for that man. This not only applies to the trail but it applies to off the trail as well.

Skill Two: RespectLearn to ride and respect a snow machine in a responsible way under enormous pressures and situations. Your skills will be put to the test on a rigorous training program. You will learn to respect your fellow riders and brothers and You will learn to ride 1 up, 2 up, or towing large cargo (a broke down Arctic Cat)

Skill Three: LoyalityLearn the Value of Friendship and True Brother Hood as you embark on a Journey of biblical porportions. Learn what it like to have your brother and sisters back when they are intoxicated or otherwise unavailable. Learn the true meaning of Christmas. Learn how to Do what you mean and say what you do. Most of all, make lifelong friendships that Stand the test of time.

Junior member Ranking system 5 step program
Step 1: Cadet
Step 2: Chief
Step 3: Master Chief
Step 4: 18 year old (Sergeant) promoted (Middle Member)
Step 5: 21 year old (Sergeant Major) Promoted (Granted Full Membership and moved to Enlisted page)
All members start off as a Cadet and any WBL senior member can promote these Junior member for any reason or good deeds that they deem necessary but it needs to be voted on by more then one senior member (basically your dad just can't promote you cause he likes you, now your dad and he friend or two friends can call an informal vote and bingo.... your promoted). Once the Junior member is of age (18) he comes into the organization as a Sergeant and becomes a Middle member of the WBL Brotherhood. When that member turns 21 he is promoted to the Rank of Master Sergeant and we escort that member to the Balcony of the Gods and is granted full membership. This where the initiation process can begin and the transformation process will be complete. He from that point on will be a full member of the WBL Brotherhood.
